Best bulking Diet - Need help

my advice is to do a search... there have been many diets posted on here.. the best thing is to do a search and find one that you think will work for you.. you can tweak it to suit your goals.. ;)
 
Friend, you do not need anabolics. Your planned cycle is ridiculous.


You need to learn how to eat right. Please post your entire daily diet including macros (total fats, carbs, pro) and your stats (age, height, weight, # years lifting, etc).
 
I think it's a troll. How can you have the first three meals simply being potatoes? And think that's going to build muscle?
 
You say nothing of your Workouts or if you have ever used roids or not.
How tall how much body fat you have .
How often you workout and how long you have been weight training.

Do you not think you need protein to gain Muscle?...what do you mean first 3 meals consist of a potatoes?

When I see posts like this its obvious you don't want to read up and learn by researching yourself what to do and what not to do..

you just think you can post a bunch of drugs and some how by osmosis this board will teach you everything there is to know about building muscle...

if you have your mind set on usin then no one can stop you but use it wisely you dont need winny its for cutting it will be pointless in a bulking diet lol. cut your sust down to 500 mg a week thats plenty for you and look into 20 mg of dbol a day less sides same reults in a beginner but i say if you havent use dont

Except for the 750mg /a week of sust, those are really small doses. But I do agree with that fact that he doesn't know much, if he's looking for a diet plan.

I'm assuming he does mean 30mg a week, etc.
