Deca-600mg EW (diminishing returns once over 600mg EW-save $ for other goodies!)
Dbol-50mg ED or A50 100mg ED 1st 4 wks/Tbol 50 to 70mg ED last 6 wks of cycle (will help freeing up "bound" T)
GH-4-5iu ED or more if you can afford it for duration of cycle
*add 25mg proviron ed at about wk #8 & continue until 2 wks after last shot*

Train Heavy & Basic 3x/wk or EOD
*perform LISS Cardio -30min 3x/wk*
(will keep metabolism & appetite up so you can keep eating high calories and help with maintenance of newly-built muscle)
cycle length (minimum 12wks up to 18wks) will be as long as you can stand the heavy eating & lifting and/or until you get to the "size" you want, plus an additional "few" weeks to give your body time to get used to added size.
if you can't grow on a plan like this you might as well hang it up lol!
