anything that lowers estrogen + anything that lowers cortisol such as vitamin c 1g 3 times a day plus others i can't remember, but why don't you just get some letrozole? get letrozole and take 2.5mgs aday for a week or 2 then 1.25 aday for up to a few months.

Or something like 6 oxo or 6 oxo extreme...

For your Cortisol control try something like Lean Extreme by Designer Suppliments or Lean ____ by Anabolic Extreme...

My belief is this.

If anyone would rather do otc pct, it must include topical Formestane, cortisol control product, and a test booster.

ATD is a good thing, but it depends on what you were running.

A good cortisol control supp is Lean Xtreme, and Suppress-C.
