Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard French Vanilla Cream.
2 Scoops Protein
1/2 (or more) Scoop Stevia
3 Ounces Skim Milk.
3 Ounces Water
One long squirt of one of those miniature coffee flavoring additives. (Caramel, French Vanilla, etc)
All blended by spoon in a large cup and poured into an emptied mini Gatorade bottle.
I do 6 of these on Sunday night and stow them in the fridge for grab-n-go shakes during the week for post workout.
I'll toss the bottle into the freezer at work 30-40 minutes before hitting the gym and that gives it time to get somewhat slushy.
Delish and filling.
