Say you have 50mg Var tabs and want to take 100mg per day. Is the best way to take 25mg 4 times per day? Or maybe 25 morning 25 pre workout and 50 immediately post workout?
I have seen some references to taking stuff post workout because of the insulin spike and nutrient shuttling but wasn't sure how much of that was bro science and how much was fact. So how would you guys divide it up and why?
