So just ended a 6 week blast and finished at a lean 243 at 5`8 so I made a good 4-5lb gain over my previous blast weight from 9 months prior. For 9 months or so I was on HRT at 150mg test e per week only before this blast
I used 1200 test e, 300 tren and 300 mast for this last blast along with peptides.
Now I am going to cruise again for a good 6 months (for both health benefits and due to busy work schedule) and the plan is to:
a) stay lean as possible (currently 9.5%)
b) try and hold a good 235
c) keep strength up
So when I blast again I aim to grow to 250 and possibly compete again.
I am planning on training 3 times per week (HIT training, stay as close to my bests as possible - maybe drop 3-4 reps at most), 3,500- 4,000 calories per day (too much more and I may get fatter), 25mcg t3 per day and 125mg test e per week.
Have got cjc and ghrp and slin at hand - is this all worth adding?
What could I change?
