Best way to run ANAVAR only cycle

If I go above 40mg/day of Var I get the nastiest back pumps! Can't do dead lifts, squats, etc without my lower back feeling like it's in a vice grip. 40mg for me also brings out some nice vascularity in me as well as moderate strength gains. BUT...I've never run it without Test, so...

Like everyone said get some (much) more var and run some tes with it and /or flush it.

yes run it at 40 to 80mgs a day with test.

@bernimx , Na man I'm not on hrt .. I use it to bridge with at 30-40 mg and it doesn't seem to shut me down at all.. Blood tests may say different lol.. But as far as I can tell it doesn't.. Someone else posted that high doses = terrible back pumps and this is very true.. My lower back hurt around the clock when I tried 75mg ed.. Had to bump it back down and they subsided.. I always run my clomid pct while running the var.. My nuts are usually back close to normal around 6-8 weeks after I come off .. I've been around long enough that I can pretty much tell when my test levels are getting back to normal

you have two cycles of test under your belt and now you're going to use Anavar only?
Please dont waste your time on orals, or steroids for that matter.
Go to the grocery store. Buy a bunch of healthy foods.
Eat a ton.
Workout a lot.
You will get a LOT bigger simply following this protocol.
Once you have begun to tap out your natural size limitations, then start looking at additional help.
at 5'9 175, you are no where close to where you could be just working hard and eating.

In fact, you represent the people that should absolutely NOT be using steroids.

I think this is exactly what I needed to hear, I have been debating getting some gear, but dont believe ive reached anywhere near my max!!

I've only used Var a couple times and liked it. Obviously not a mass gainer but if you're using it to maintain after cycle or drop some fat, it works just fine.

I ran 30-40mg a day for 6 weeks and got what I was looking for. I started about a month after finishing a 10 weeker of 600mg test/deca to drop some BF. I kept my gains and strength and probably lost 8-12 pounds fat. Pumps came on quick and workouts felt great.

Have resonable expectations and I don't think you'll be disappointed.
