best way to run t3?

I just wanna hear some of your favorite protocols for running t3. What dosages, lengths, additional compounds you run. Thanks
 
Dosing will be highly dependent on your desired results and whatever else you have in the mix. Timing I favor upon rising on an empty stomach and then around 6 hours late an hour away from any meal. Additional compounds again depends on what you are after. Clen is a popular partner, I cannot run it myself though.
25mcg twice a day will produce results and this is probably my recommended starting point as well as what I personally have done the most. 50mcg a day is better per se but you best be on some aas with a lot of protein or wasting could occur
 
No need to use more than 50mcg per day. The healthy human thyroid produces/converts about 12mcg per day, so 50mcg is already 4x more.

Please do taper up and down dosing with T3 for safety reasons.
 
i thought tapering down was shown to have no affect since the thyroid is shutdown with any exogenous amount of t3...
 
I do 50mcg every morning with breakfast and its working fantastically. I'm a little over 2 months on and still can't decide if I want to stay on on my next blast while I'm trying to bulk up. I think it'll help keep fat off bit dunno if it'll be counterproductive to gaining mass.

Truth... well nearly it is not shut down with any amount but pyramiding has been shown to be unnecessary

Do not waste time doing this, do we taper down gear? It's the same principle. I stopped 75mcg dead and no rebound whatsoever.. The "dangers" off t3 hugely exaggerated
