I thought it would be a nice touch if you get the current featured members post when you click on their banner at the top of the website. Is it possible to try reversing the order of that thread?

Can't be done. To do that, ALL the threads on the entire board would be reversed too.
Everyone knows that the most recent post is the last one in a thread, so just go to the last post to see the latest FM.
