and that word would be pain, which is what I'm in right now. Just tried your monday HIT style workout, and all I can say is.....DAMN!

I have never tried this style before, always being the higher sets and reps kind of person, but this seems to really have shaken me up. I'm gonna try it for a while and see what happens. Thanks bro.

Same here

Just started last week myself wolverine. After training higher volume for 20 years, I'm surprised at how much this kicks my butt!! I'm sticking with it!
