Definetelly don't run any protein bars throughout the entire dieting phase. Their quality (any brand) is questionable at best.
The only protein powder I use is 100% undenatured whey isolate, so it's absolutely pure protein, so I can't get a better meal than that if I tried, especially for the last few days before the show.
The reason why people say to stop the powders way before a show is because the quality of 99.9% of the powders it's absolutely appaling and they are full of garbage, despite what they claim.
