What I think offsets his body is his legs(lower body) is just as long as his upper body most Asians have body's like this, but because he has that he can grow very large legs, some whites and most blacks have a longer lower body than upper body(besides Dennis wolf) either Dennis legs are shorter or same length as his upper body or he has learned how to pose them in the illusion that he wants to present, but if you took justin Compton for instance who is short his lower body is still longer than upper body

So much water can be lost in one week when you know your body and how to manipulate things properly...

You may be right, who knows what the top guys do in terms of water reduction but I still think there is mo there than just water.

When I think of conditioning a week or two before the show my mind automatically thinks of John Meadows. He's stage ready 2 weeks before absolutely shredded.
