Thanks guys. im just gonna take it easy this week before i get back to it. im not sure what the next big meet will be, probably a qualifier for the WPO to turn pro. I have DL comp at the end of Oct. for fun. I already have my eyes set on bigger numbers in the near future. One i have had for a long time is to be the first man under 200 to squat a GRAND.

Rion (dpsquat), u were one of the first people i told after i did it. ill give u a call later this week.

i just sat down and really thought how much weight that is.... how many plates.... and at a body weight of only 200 lbs... Gdamn! its crazy.... i cant imagine
