I've been checking it out for a couple weeks and think i will change my routine to it.
What are your guys thoughts on it?
I've also read that this is great to achieve significant gains with a cycle since the routine is based upon gradual increases in weight weekly.
If anyone has used this before, how light do you actually start out with, on a scale of 1 - 10 what would be the effort exerted.
i would hate to start to heavy and peak out to early and have to start over.
