been cycling AAS for a while, hate the yo-yo effect. it seems every cycle is a battle to regain lost muscle during the break, and i feel like shit and think its seriously whacking up my body.
trying to learn more about blasting and cruising concept, basically never coming off
honestly i think doing it this way is alot better bodybuilding wise. Health wise it sure as hell beats crashing after every cycle. but long term effects im not sure, would appreciate any input on this, i want to have kids in e future!
here is what i have come up with so far, flame away or comment
basically run a "normal" cycle,say for 10 weeks, jack up training and diet, basically go all out. then back off for a break and run test at 250mg or 500mg a week, i would throw in proviron @50mg/day , hcg 250iu 2x a week and probably arimadex during this "cruise" for a 4-6 weeks or so before starting off on another "cycle".
