I have a figure competitor that is going into her final week. For the past 2-3 days, her lower abs have been bloated. Her carb intake consists of 1/2 cup oatmeal, 6 oz. sweet or white potato with the rest of her carbs being raw asparagus and broccocli. Any input is appreciated.
