Bloating/stomach poping out

Since i increased food and protein intake i feel very bloated. Sometimes my stomach will pop out, looking like pregnant..
Whats the good stuff to keep bloating out? Maybe diegestive enzymes or something?

Im experiencing the same, I did find the protein I was using was a big contributor. Since going back to my old stuff I've lost most of the bloat. I am currently taking digestive enzymes, all I've noticed they do is cut down on gas.
 
Completely normal for me.

I have abs showing but if I let my gut go you would think I'm carrying twins.

I am fine when I first wake up in the morning, but as soon as the food goes in my stomach I am holding my gut in all day.

I've tried fiber/probiotics, nothing helps. Just a screwed up gut from eating constantly I guess.

lol x3 here. i was actually about to make a post about this! it seems i am fine in the morning, but like someone else said, the moment i put even a small amount of food it distends. i eat plenty of fiber. by plenty i mean 200g per day. any ideas
