blodd pressure/confused

ok guys,Ive been dealing with my blood pressure for what seems like a year,every time i go to the doctor and have ut taken its 160/90 at least so i was put on metropolol last year which didnt work well to lower it,lisinopril..
I went yesterday and he said to buy a monitor for at home in case his readings were off(white coat syndrome)
my readings at home have all been around 125/90-136-90 varying throughout the day and night..
Im on 5mg bystolic right now...
i am taking 250mg sust eod and 60mg anavar and just dropped the 600mg eq i was taking..
Are my numbers at home acceptable?..He told me to call him in a few days with the numbers to readjust the medicine if needed,just wanted your opinions.

I have had border line high blood pressure since 16 it hereditary. those new numbers look OK. mine is very susceptible to how my mood is if i,m nervous like when i ever go to see the doctor its aways a little high,. but at home its usually fine.

The EQ and Test are probably the culprit. How was your BP prior to gear?

My BP elevates from higher RBCs and water retention. IMHO. The EQ especially increases your RBC, thicker blood causes your heart to have to work harder. Now that your EQ is gone, I bet you'll do even better.

Has you blood work shown any issues with RBC, or hematocrit?

But as long as you are checking at home, you sound OK to me. How old are you? Are you real big/heavy?

You may want to go donate some blood. That may also help thin the blood and lower your pressure. Plus, donating blood is the right thing to do.

thanks for the reply..no blood work was fine except the obvious cholesterol and liver enzymes are always high but i have had an ultrasound and everything is good...
im 35,5ft7 225..not fat,i eat clean,no caffeine,no alcohol,etc...do cardio...
eq has always been a favorite of mine so its usally in my stack but if its cauing these problems i may have to keep it out..my blood pressure was ok before gear but i would alwayss get spikes ya know?...i was just suprised the numbers were so different from the dr to at hom.

i do have anxiety and yes it effects it def....so your are probaly right in my case too..

Thisis the case with me as well. A few months ago when i was going through my divorce it got as high as 205/143. docs freaked and put me on more meds, once the bitch was gone i stopped the meds on my own because i was feeling better. At my last appointment with cardiologist i was 125/85. Its amazing how stress and mood can throw it out of wack.

At my last appointment with cardiologist i was 125/85. Its amazing how stress and mood can throw it out of wack.

mine is like a thermometer get me existed or nervous and up goes the temp. but with meds and exercise its in good shape now. stress is a big factor.

My blood pressure goes up to 165/90 while on cycle, but after two to three weeks off goes back down to 124/80. The only way to know what your real blood pressure is, getting off all gear for 8 weeks or so , then take it. Everybody's response to gear as far as BP goes is different, most guys BP will elevate somewhat, but you want to make sure it goes back to normal for an acceptable period of time, otherwise your left ventricle will harden and you might end up with permanent BP, and other heart complications, God bless you bro.

My BP on cycle (eq, deca,test,dbol) would go up to 160/100. After cycle goes back to 135/80
I wouldnt even feel my BP is high.
