Does anyone have an information on the training style? Also if there is a link for a TORRENT file. Thanks!

I have the vid on my comp, but I am currently moving and everything is packed up right now.

It's a 2 day on, 1 day off routine

Chest + bis
Back
off
Legs
Sholders + tris

He does a few heavy warmup sets, around 50-70% of his last set weight. He does 6-10 reps and never goes to failure on the warmup. The last set is till failure and then a few forced reps at the end. He does about 3 exercises per bodypart and does mostly compound movements. When he does do isolation movements, he uses them to pre-exhaust the muscle before moving onto coumpounds. For example, his first exercise on back day is lat pullovers, his first exercise on leg day is extensions.

It's a really good routine, but only for those who are experienced at pushing yourself past failure. You only have one set, so it must be all out.

try www.torrentpond.com

they are great for torrents...id say thats your best chance...or google it

HE DOESN'T DO CHEST AND BICEPS AND THEN FOLLOW IT WITH HEAVY BACK.

THE ROUTINE IS SET UP DIFFERENTLY THAN THAT...

I THINK IT WENT........

CHEST BI'S

LEGS.....

DAY OFF....

Whatever he did it worked awsome for him......He is my all time favorite bodybuilder!!

day 1 - delts, traps, triceps, abs
day 2- back, rear delts
day 3 - rest
day 4 - chest, biceps, abs
day 5 - rest
day 6 - quads, hams, calves
day 7 - rest

that's copied from his book "a warrior's story"

A warriors story huh?? I am picking that up this week....I have read countless articles by him and about him but I would love to read his book and own his DVD.......

http://dorianyates.net/

There's some workout info here too

I got to meet him at the Arnold After party and it really was the first time where I felt like a little kid again as I clamped up....lol....i know coming from the guy who never shuts up I was speechless.....lol.....I told him he was my favorite bodybuilder and wished him a speedy recovery from his inury as his arm was in a sling....

and wished him a speedy recovery from his inury as his arm was in a sling....

He was just doing that for sympathy- the guy's pretty much a total wuss.

The exact workout from the video is on his site future, like berserker already said but I have to say something :star-wars

BLOOD AND GUTS is the best pro-training video ever! hands down.....

i remember watching that and thinking to myself..... now thats what a workout should look like!

dorian and his training partner DO NOT play around. i don't think either one smiled during the entire 4 day shoot.

GET IT!

I have Blood and guts for 12 years now and still dont get sick watching it. Great vid.

Amazing, really motivating... im gonna watch it again.

Future: i downloaded my version off morpheus

Considering Dorian had a torn bicep torn quad and torn tricep that ended his career, his method MIGHT not be the best routine to copy.
I has a chance to talk with him in 1995 at the MD State where he guest posed and he said he would not have trained so hard close to a contest he would have not gone so deep into failure and probably just trained to it or just short of it.
Dorian was very nice and cool his wife was a major "B" though-as I got to ride in the limo back to the airport with them since I knew the promoter.

Yeah he made some statements that in retrospect training like that was a bad idea once he started dieting hard. I think Dante was talking about that many times with some of his clients. Makes sense. The body is worn down.
