day 1 - delts, traps, triceps, abs
day 2- back, rear delts
day 3 - rest
day 4 - chest, biceps, abs
day 5 - rest
day 6 - quads, hams, calves
day 7 - rest
that's copied from his book "a warrior's story"
and wished him a speedy recovery from his inury as his arm was in a sling....
Whatever he did it worked awsome for him......He is my all time favorite bodybuilder!!
