Blood and protein traces in urine

Today I had to take a routine physical which included a urinalysis. The doctor explained that I had trace amounts of blood (2+) and protein (2+) in my urine. My BP was fine (129/72) and no sugars found. I did have a kidney infection about 1.5 months ago in which I was perscribed an antibiotic and the issue subsided. Im well aware a doctor visit is in order asap, but curious if any members have insight in this matter, as my online search gives a very broad list of causes from minor to deathly severe. Any help is appreciated.

Myoglobin will throw a false positive for protein in the urine on a dipstick.
