Anyone know ways to lower blood pressure? Mine is 142/94 but varies sometimes when I get it'll be 120s/70s and other times it's like this.

increase your cardio workout, lower sodium intake, stop taking AAS, see a doctor about getting on meds if these dont work or are not an option.

Top things that help my blood pressure: adding cardio couple or few times a week, watching sodium intake, and decreasing dosages of aromatizing AAS.

If it was me I would pay a visit to ur doctor...U might need meds. to lower it

Drop orals and tren if applicable. Maybe GH if applicable. Dramatically reduce sodium. Cut back on carbs to reduce water retention. Are you taking enough of an AI? You are probably bloated and don't look great either. "Or" are you over doing it with the stimulants.


Cut down on your cycle. Those aren't "horrible" numbers tho. But not good, especially if you aren't 70 or above.

Can't tell you anything meaningful without knowing how you are abusing your body.

When you say "it varies", how often does it vary? Does the doctor take multiple readings each time, or are you doing it yourself? If you are doing them, you should take multiple readings and average them. Either way, it could be "white coat" syndrome where you're just naturally in a stressed state because you're in a surgery/nervous or whatever that's causing a spike.

I do use a lot of stimulants. Pre workout before each workout and a 2-3 cups of coffee a day. I don't take multiple readings I just use the machine they have at the Walmart pharmacy when I'm there shopping. I'm stopping DBOL now and gonna retest in a week and see if that was the issue. High blood pressure does run in my family

Also I'm taking 1mg of arimidex daily so that isn't the issue.
