Blood work back... Need help

kind of worried here, however i have no idea if i should be...
i will start with what i am taking 125mg of test and 5iu of hgh
i stopped the hgh 2 days before test..

I am Concerned with my egfr levels, in the results column it says >59
why they did not put the exact number ... i have no idea...

however ever thing else is in normal range

creatinine serum 1.19
bun/creatinine ratio 10
sodium serum 136
potassium serum 4.7
chloride serum 99
calcium serum 9.8
protein, total , serum 7.2
albumin serum 4.5
globulin total 2.7

could this be from the hgh?
i sure hope so, i never even did any huge cycles
never had high b/p either
