Recent blood work estradiol came back 74 should i up nolva?

My big concern going in was prolactin from the npp and then tren. But with some of you guys saying let estrogen be high, would you recommend dropping the nolva and just running more adex?

Im asking to drop the nolva and just run the adex? Was the concensus that high e2 is good or high estrogen in general? If you guys are saying higher estrogen is good then wouldnt just stopping it from aromatization be the move?

As long as you do not have sides, high estrogen is good. Read my post above. Don't be afraid to have E2 above the normal range.

They dont LOOK bad. Honestly gyno is a nightmare im trying to avoid. Obviously i dont want to crash my e2. But if you're saying sensitive nips arent anything to worry about then ill roll with the adex e3d. And who said i want it high? Theres people saying its good to have high estrogen and people saying it will kill you. Should i let it get higher? Should i drop the nolva and just do maintenance AI? this is why im here asking questions. You all say get bloods first and do all this before asking, so i did.

No it isn't, not as a blanket statement like that. You won't feel the damage that very high or very low estrogen is doing to you.
