Still using the same amounts of the same compounds.
I am now also on Perindopril Arginine/Amlodipine 10mg/5mg once a day for a constant 112/64 bp reading. Heart burn has crept in the last year so that is managed with 7mg Nexium EOD. And I am taking 5mg/d Cialis as a precaution for the CVS health, with the great benefit that I constantly hang "heavy" which at 50yo makes me feel young again.
Weight is down to 245lbs with full abs and veins and striations all over the legs, arms, delts, etc, but pecs are still fatty on the side - I might have to get that shit cut out. I hate old age and how it changes the body composition.
Bloods last week, day after workout, after living on hotel food for the last 7 weeks, quite a bit of red wine every few nights, non fasted blood test.
Still no cardio

Previous to these 7 weeks, I've been on 80-90% competition diet for 3 months with great results.

All the other fun stuff (stress EKG, Calcium Score, colonoscopy, endoscopy, prostate MRI and so on) will be happening in the coming weeks.
Even though I have had a successful vasectomy done 12 years ago, in early December 2022 I had this nagging feeling to get myself tested. The sperm test showed very low number of not highly motile sperm. They shouldn't had been there because I had the snip. But I played devil's advocate and took 3 x 1,500iu Pregnyl over a week just to see what happens. Three weeks later I did another sperm test which resulted with 30mil/ml highly motile sperm! WTF? The doctor freaked out because she'd never seen such a discrepancy in results over such a short time span.
And then, on 13th of Jan 2023 (I know EXACTLY when it happened), I knocked up the wife... Unbelievable - my other two daughters are almost adults, so I thought that in a couple of years I'd be free. Instead, I'm starting all over again with another daughter that was born almost 1 year ago.
I've got God damn superman balls! Such is life.
