Hello

My fiirst post, so I hope its in the right place...I have been using this site for awhile to get useful info and have to say its the only site I have registered too because of all the experienced members and sponsors.

I have a question about these blue top HGH from China that I have been on for only awhile now. I am just finishing up my 4th bottle @ 10ius in each. I have been only doing 2ius before I go to bed. I honestly have to say that I have never felt this sore and stiff in my joints and wrists ever. Is this a side effect at only 2ius? Should I stop? I wake up in the morning stiff as a board. Its not a great feeling to hurt and walk like I am 90,lol... I am 32 btw, Is it my body telling me something? If I should continue, do I do 7 days a week or 5 on 2 off? I started out at 7 days a week then read somewhere I was to do 5 days on 2 off. whenever someone has free time please let me know your advice. thanks in advance!

Administration of the amount you indicated 1st thing upon awakening will yield better results by not inhibiting your own natural pulse of GH at night.
Joint soreness is a common issue upon starting a protocol. You could reduce either the amount or frequency and reduce the side-effects. If you are patient, and can tough out these sides, you will get better results.
 
I agree being sore is part of starting out on HGH...As you get more use to it, it will get better...Its almost a sick/sore feeling all the time...It sucks, but if you can stick it out over time, you will get use to it...Best of luck

Alot of people take it post workout (if you work out in the late afternoon), that way it doesn't effect your natural gh release while you sleep. I usually take mine pre-workout and have gotten awesome results. I only take 2 i.u.'s per day 5 on 2 off with my aas. If you are looking to burn more fat, split your injections twice a day, once am and the other pm, pwo! Hope this helps!:)
 
right on Ranger, thankyou... Ya I am looking for that fat burn too. So I think I will do how you are. so do you do 1iu pre workout then when is your next iu? thanks bro...
 
Personally I think spliting up your doses of HGH is best for anything (fat loss, muscle building) I like doing a dose first thing in the morning, then late afternoon and toward the end of the night...(few hours before bed, or in the middle of the night, like 2-3 am)

Agreed..

You might also wana back down the dosage to 1iu and slowly work your way up to 2 or 3 iu...
 
thanks everyone! it is much appreciated. I have cut back a bit and I am doing 1iu in the morning and 1 later in the early evening. Has much does a average individual produce of hgh when they are sleeping? has that been answered? if it was equal to IUs what does one produce? I was layin in bed and had just crossed my mind and was wondering. Because whatever it is I was putting 2ius on top of it. Man I have never felt that shxtty in the mornings before. Really felt so sore and stiff that it was making me take meds.

oh ya, one more question? I am going on vacation and there really is not a way to take it with me and keep it cold, will this effect me in anyway?
