Bodyopus and slin..

Guys,
i'm about to hit my body-opus diet next week
i'll be following the regular scheme, which is 5days off 2days on


question is: can i use a fast acting slin during carb-up phase? (involves a lot of fast sugars in the beginning/1st day!)

i'd like to use it once a day at '5'iu postworkout when carbing simple sugars.
^carbing lasts 2days. (total: 2months)

Yes you can, I experimented with this very thing recently. You have to be very careful with the slin dose at the start of the carb up though as your body is super sensitive to it. I needed 180g of carbs to nutralise 10iu's after the big depletion workout whereas when I used it p/w during a bulking phase I was fine at the usual 10g's/1iu. I then used another 10iu's twice on Saturday & it was pretty good because it cut my carb up time by about a day. I wouldn't suggest trying this if you have never tried slin before.

Are you saying you're working out on the carb up days? If so you aren't meant to be :confused:

Yes I am using BodyOpus right now....You can use the slin because it calls for fast acting frutose, sucrose, and basic simple sugars during the first day carb up....Which begins the Sat. Morn....As a matter of fact you could use it thru out the day until Sunday, when you would incorporate more solid meals......Then the Monday , early morn I would use the slin @ 2 iu/s every 2 hours until Ketosis was reached; probably with 8 hours.

Are you saying you're working out on the carb up days? If so you aren't meant to be :confused:

well i wont workout on carb days, just let my body replenish

also, i will use slin in bulk first to discover it

HIRAMIFF and BIG IAN, what were your results with slin and bodyopus? did the slin -usage actually enhance cell development more than without slin?

and did ur bodyweights go down all the way or did they stay the same (or bigger) once u were filled up again?



sidequestion: will VIAGRA or CIALIS increase vascularity at contest-time?

For me personally the biggest plus was that I was able to fully carb up within a day or so rather than 2........gave me an extra day of fat burning through the week..........and yes my overall bodyweight went down through the time I was doing bodyopus.

Wouldn't bother with Viagra or Cialis for that purpose, you don't wanna be walking on stage with a boner do ya! LOL Better things out there for vascularity........
