botteling stealth gear?

ive never used stealth before but im about to place my first order. my question is about safe botteling. i just ordered a couple hundred streile 10ml vials along with the stoppers, caps and a crimper. can anyone please give me advice on botteling this in a clean manner so i dont contaminate any product?
