gimmejuice: what is your base levels? i.e. i presume pre-stack? If you dont know these then you have no idea whats "bad" for you. You need to take a range of figures;
1] straight out of bed
2] as close to after workout when you get home
3] 1 hour later
4] 2 hour later (i.e 1 hour after 3] so 2 hours after you get home
Why?
You need a range of figures over time so one single figure is not taken as representative of your 24hr rhythm, which would be inaccurate.
The post workout BP recovery can be indicative of any diastolic pressure elevation, which is most concerning.
Mr Pickles - spot on, but you got the names the wrong way around
systolic = top
diastolic = bottom
