Hey guys. I have a bit of a problem and I need your help.

My problem: I feel like trash. Tired, Run down, Sore and Headaches that are quite painful.

Recent changes: I recentally just started a cycle of Test prop and Anadrol. I've been eating alot to gain weight. I'm up to roughly 215 or so. I've been training hard for as long as I can remember with no extended perioids of rest. Reccomendations?

I was thinking drastically cut down the days I'm accually in the gym? Or is this all just a cause of the anadrol?

Thoughts and opinions are very apperciated.
 
How much weight have you gained recently?
What does your diet look like (specifics, like a sample day).

Well, when was the last time you had a full break from training? You could be overtrained or just plain burnt out! It could also be the drol! Depending on how far into your cycle you are I would take a week off from the gym and go and relax. Maybe even two weeks! I know this sounds hard but the body will only take so much punishment for a period of time! In 99 I did the nationals here and took two weeks off after and went on a vacation. When I hit the gym I felt like a new man. Just what the Doctor ordered!

My diet on an average day looks like this:

M1: Egg whites and 1.5 cups of oats
M2: 1 scp whey isco, 1 scp casin, 1.5 cup oats
M3: 2 cups of Brown rice 3-4 pieces of chicken
m4: Same as 2
M5: Same as 3
m6: Post workout: 3 scps of torrent(which is whey isco, and waximaize/dextrose/maltodextrin) 2 scps of real gains (maltodextrin, whey protein, casin protein)
M7: Life cereal don't really measure this so much. but a fairly large bowl
m8: tub of low fat cottege cheese, 2 scps of casin protein.

I've gained roughly 10-15 pounds recentally.

I think I just need a break from the gym but considering I just got on this cycle I would feel stupid taking a break during and wasting time.
 
As oldfella syas you could be and most likely are overtraining. I know gear gives you better recovery but also your training gets much more intense as your lifts go up so more time is needed inbetween workouts. even tho your 'on' you could still maybe take a week off training, keep your diet in check and it could actually help you get more from your cycle

ya check the bp.... it is unlikely but you may be experiencing headaches due to increased hematicrit levels from the anadrol..... depending on what you are at naturally it could have put you over the edge...... check the bp and see what you at, this will tell ya a lot......

overtraining as the others said is like a culprit as well......

take some time away from the gym and have week where you rest/sleep 10-12 hours per day. this will help recovery and burnout.
 
Blood Pressure ASAP

Can't be stressed enough, especially with the head aches, and fluid retaining properties of your supplements. Probably should watch sodium intake and limit to under 2grams a day while on this protocol,.

Yes check your BP. Ana made mine waaaaaaaay outta wack, I can not take it, felt like I was in a walking coma. Make sure to get it checked, seriously.
 
sounds like te drol.
some people just cant take it.
it might not be high bp.
sometimes you dont feel the high bp.
i have passed out in the gym after rows and squats. the only common factor????anadrol. but i felt fine no pain,headaches,just got dizzy and dropped like a stone. it might just not be a drug that works well for you, cut out the drol asap for a few days ad see how you feel, if you feel better.....al set if not, then you gotta look a lot deeper into it.

totally agrea drol is defenatly kicking your ass.not to mention overtraining.phill just had a post on signes of over traing.do a search on it.you will see most of your symoms are described there.take a week of and see how you feel.if not any better get of the drol.i did drol a long time ago and felt like shit never again will i touch it.not made for everyone.best of luck brother.
 
Check your BP!!!

And take the time off that Alin suggests. You can't make many gains in your present condition

i agree with what allbeef and lucian said.. i hate anadrol.. it is aweful.. just my opinion..
and in your present state, gains will not be forthcoming.. take 7-10 days off and just "detox".. sleep eat and relax.. gains will start up after the layoff and you will ose nothing during.. maybe even feel stronger when back..;)
 
I asked in a previous thread, but you never responded. Are you the same testpolska that used to post on WBB?
