A friend had suggested a 4-6 week bulk and then go straight into the cutting phase. Typical bulking compounds like 400mg of Deca, 750mg of Test, increase the cals x 4 weeks and then go into the cutting cycle and diet. Anyone do anything similiar?
i can see having a "high" week before you start prep to get your metabolism going before prep.... justin harris talked about this before.
Your not going to be able to put a lot of fat on in a week but will increase your metabolism before a prep. 4 weeks you may put on a lil unwanted BF and make your diet that much harder.
Whats the point really? If you are lucky, maybe you put on 2lbs of muscle and thats if you did everything right. The leaner you are before your diet, the better the whole process is going to be.
