You might wanna start by logging your food intake. A calorie surplus is a must if you wanna gain size and logging your food is the best way to ensure you are consuming enough calories.

Also, you might wanna post this in the beginner forum. There is great advice in that forum for people who are new to bodybuilding & fitness.

Post up more stats and your current diet for better responses.
