You can run them alone, but I would not. With t3 you will burn fat and also muscle, so I prefer to only run this with test. With clen it does not matter as long as I supp with taurine and pottassium and stay within a reasonable dose.
need, no. many argue you will lose muscle...i can't say as i havent ever included t3. But plenty of folks i have talked to (myself included) feel they AT LEAST hold their muscle with clen alone.

Yes, with clen alone he has no issue, but with t3 you will absolutely lose muscle. This can also be dangerous as you will find yourself weaker and can more easily injure yourself because of the muscle loss.
