I simply don't get why I'm like this. If I eat clean carbs before a lifting session I am extremely weak but if I eat just protein/veg and small amount of fat my lifts are great and I get a good w/o.
Yes, I've tried to spread the timing out to let it digest but it still doesn't matter. Cardio is different though and I know pre meal carbs are just as or if not more important than post but This is driving me nuts
