How many guys have read this book. And for those who have what do you think about it. Are his diet suggestion worth following and training. Is there anything you would add to it. Thanks
I think its a great book. He takes through everything. Training, Dieting, Carb depletion, sodium loading, he maps everything out for you. You won't be dissapointed.
great book you won't be dissapointed....personally i wouldn't do the excact workout routines he puts in the book i've just addded some tips he gives to my workout routine and to the workouts that work best for me
Well of course nothing is set in stone. The book just lays out a lot of examples (diet, training, etc.) You can change things according to what works for you.
What do you guys think about this, He says to find the right amount of protein for the day your need to take your weight say 200 for me,then subtract your body fat form that say 12% so that mean i have 24 pounds of fat on me. So my protein needs will be 176x 1.5 or 2 . So im around 300 grams of protein daily. All i ever hear is eat 2 times your weight in protein to make gains. What do you guys think about this. Would eating 400 grams daily just put fat on me???
