Look at this Teen...19 years old 5'6 195... he doesn't look like a teen to me personally..but he has made tremendous gains in only a year. I certainly hope that he stays healthy. If you scroll through the thread you can see what he looked like last year as a middleweight competitor.
The young guys these days aren't playing...they are really pushing themselves in order to move up the ranks.

yeah...I saw that pic. He is my height and looks great for 195lbs, oh yeah, I am 9 years older them him...he will do some damage. Only if I would have been better about it in college (loved training, but forgot about the other aspects and was supplement free for the most part of it) I may have been a bit closer to my goal...nah he just looks freaking great. He will do just fine with bodybuilding back to the drawing board for me Damn it, I am upping my protein intake tonight!!!!!

ya i posted that thread. I'll be going up against him at teen nats. The guy is just enormous, and ya those gains are some of the best i've ever seen.

I think this goes back to what Phil H has said before, only time will tell how this kid will play out, if hes already on 3g's of crap, then for the most part, hes pretty much closed to being maxed out. I hope hes has a lot more in him because that is a freakin impressive physique.

Met him exactly 2 years ago now; and it looks like he's put on about 25 lbs. It's ridiculous the gains he has made in that time period. I know he had George Farah doing his diet. He's not doing bad from coming from a small town in South Dakota.
