citrulline malate

What are the reviews on citrulline malate? Has anyone tried it? if so results? It looks like a nice product but really conflicting studies with no real support....

supposed to be similar to arginine right? i think i remember taking l-citrulline a while back.... never noticed anything special in terms of blood flow or pumps.

It works; there was a good study with it with weightlifters I think in a NSCA Journal a few months back.

Slow build up when increasing vascularity. Think Eq in terms of kicking in as an anabolic. This take time to kick in for most as a vasodialtor. One of the major benefits to this supplement is that it increases the ability to perform cardio with less effort once it does kick in. Great supplement for those wanted to get or stay in athletic shape, (conditioning). To be most effective it must b taken throughout the day. It is also in the Bcaa product extend. i usually by ingredients in bulk and make my own.
