I have just hit week 5 on the protocol GenPeps suggested

my specs beforehand
Weight: about 155 before/ about 145 now
Protocol: GHRP/CJC in morning and night in a fasted state... IGF1 pre- workout 30 mins after carb intake
Dosage: 100mcgs-GHRP/CJC (each) 50mcgs IGF1
Workouts: My workouts tend to vary dramatically due to the nature of
MMA; however, i always have morning and afternoon training
consisting of either strength (weights) & cardio, or pure cardio,
or training skills which is probably best classified as anaerobic
with a little cardio

From a bodybuilding standpoint i could have easily packed on some serious muscle and weight if that were my goal; however, i was more interested in reducing body fat and optimizing recovery and injury prevention. Therefore i utilized workouts and a diet that would optimize fat reduction and strength/explosiveness gains as opposed to overall size and bulk. I still experience a great pump and overall sense of well being resulting from the peptides. Also, i tend to have a lot of trouble sleeping and have periods of insomnia; however, after running this protocol i have slept fantasticly every single night for 4 weeks now.

The only before pics i have are disappointingly competition pics as i didnt even think to do before and after shots, but ill attatch them anyways

Looking good.

How is the GHRP/CJC working for you ? Are you doing 1mg of CJC a week ?

I am starting my GHRP cycle this week.

i guess it would be 1.4mg of cjc per week to be exact

i generally dont have non workout days (i will have lighter days where i will only workout one time and it will be a light 2 mile run with shadow boxing for example) so i havent really had to worry much about that. When i actually do take an entire day off it is usually because im so sore i can barely get out of bed and when that happens i generally want to take it anyway at about the same time frame to hasten recovery

oh and the cjc/ghrp works fantastic. easily the best kickstart to any day regardless of what is planned
but that is only if you follow protocol of being in a fasted state

That's pretty much my protocol right now, only substitute the ghrp-6 with ipamorelin. Same doses etc. I'm done running the igf for now. But, overall it's all been good stuff!

i read up a little on ipam and it sounds interesting. Do you prefer it to GHRP-6?

I can't compare it because ipamorelin is my first go around with ghrps. But, I liked the idea of it not causing more hunger. At the time I started it I was freakin ravenous all the time due to tren, test etc. So, I didn't want to add fuel to the fire. Also, I think it may produce less cortisol vs other ghrps.
