Clenbuterol tabs or ventipulmin pump?

its primarily for my sinuses and breathing difficulties which I've had for quite a while.

tabs are easier to control dosages...

They both work exactly the same. I believe that most tabs are usually 20mcg, & the syrup is 25mcg per cc. Use whatever is easier & cheaper.

If you seriously need something for breathing problems and sinuses there are far better options then Clenbuterol IMO. Your health insurance may cover those med as well. See your doctor.

Clen will not help your sinuses. What kind of breathing problems are you having? Sinus congestion, pulmonary congestion, wheezing, dyspnea, shortness of breath? Breathing problems can be serious and just throwing some Clen at the problem is not a good idea.

Also, the reason Clen was not approved as a bronchodilator in the US is that the FDA felt there was no need for a long acting Beta2 agonist. Symptoms should be controlled with a leukotriene inhibitor or inhaled corticosteroid with the occasional use of a short acting Beta2 for breathrough symptoms.

I'm suffering from everything you've mentioned.. I had a polypectomy op over a year ago which didnt help at all.

I've been subscribed Affrizine which I'm immune to now (thats the strongest legal drug they'll offer me).

My doc sucks, seriously, and its near impossible to get a new one... what other drugs can I get for my sinuses, any suggestions? (I need something STRONG).
