Competing in the Dexter Jackson Classic on Satuday

Well another year another show. I will be competing in the Dexter Jackson Classic on Saturday. It is being held in the town I grew up in Jacksonville Florida. I have never competed in Jacksonville before and I have to say it has always been one of my goals to come back to my hometown and compete. Marilyn and I are leaving in the morning and we are both looking forward to having a lot of fun with family and friends in our hometown. I am posting this tonight because I probably won't be on a computer again until after the show when I return home on Sunday. There won't be any cheat meals or relaxation after the show. After a good nights rest I will be back in Orlando and training right back on schedule Sunday as I prepare for The Florida State on Aug 22.

I know some members will be in at the show and some may even be competing in. I hope that if you have the time you will come up and say hello and introduce yourself to Marilyn and I as we are always eager to meet fellow members and forge new friendships. Marilyn will have her digital cam so hopefully she will get good pics for the weekend.

It is an honor and privilege to compete in the show and with all of the competitors. All of my respect to my fellow competitors I am looking forward to sharing the stage with you. As always much love and respect to all of the ProMuscle community I don't take the support and love from my fellow members lightly. Like many here it was and is a driving force in my prep and I appreciate all that I get from this board and you all will be in my heart and in my mind when I take the stage on Saturday.

Thanks to Emeric for all of the Humanofort, EnergyX, and Delczeg Facial Creme. My face has never looked better and that is not easy, especially during contest prep. There will be bigger and better guys but I know my face will ready for all of the pictures.....lol

Special Thanks to Phil Hernon who not only is my mentor but a damn good friend. I only wish I could represent him on stage half as well as he represents me. Thanks Phil for everything your impact on me is not taken lightly.

Good luck Aeliop and as Phil stated, you were facing adversity with your injury and overcame it with a smart approach. You look great and will always represent yourself and promuscle very well. Now, go and enjoy it, keep the prepping going thru and stay strong my friend!

Best of luck this weekend Tony! Really wish i could make it up there this weekend...damn all these friends getting married! LOL. But we will be there on the 22nd rooting for you.

And as Phil said its amazing seeing you overcome this injury during your prep...I see these problems ruining peoples life everyday and forcing them to "give up"... but not you!

Oh, and Dexter said there's over 120 pre regesterd. Over 15 Light Hwy. 6 SPHW.

My trainer parnter dropped down to make Light Heavy for this show, after two weeks ago, winning the Overall as a 209lbs Heavyweight. It's going to be a fun show!!!

Count down.......

Should be a fun show..I'm very excited to go and to watch Tony compete in this one......I also know a few local girls from Orlando that will be competing..one pro, one brand new figure girl....and a few ladies from high school wanted to attend to support Tony and hang out....can't wait!!

Again, I look forward to this show in my home town and to meet new people and as always Pro-Muscle members.

Are you going to pre-judging for the FL State? Unfortunately I won't be there until the night show, due to my work schedule, but hope to see you there!.....I think you met my friend Connie at the Mid-FL, cheer for her too

Good luck in Jacksonville and the show next month. I was out there last year to watch CU get there arses handed to them by FSU. However, Jacksonville is a beautiful city and is one of my favorite places to vacation. Hope to bring out the wife soon.

Anyway, not even a cookie after the show? lol.
