JUST WANTED TO SEE IF ANYONE HAS TRIED THE COMPETITION DIET THAT IS OUTLINED BY BIG A IN THE ARTICLES FORUM??? I AM GOING TO START THE SAME PROGRAM IN TWO WEEKS AND WOULD LIKE TO HEAR ANY FEEDBACK FROM ANYONE THAT HAS TRIED IT. THANKS BROS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR. THIS IS THE YEAR TO GROW

Man, all I can say is that you can follow the program with no worry. If the Pro's do not know what are they talking about then who should we listen to? the answer is yes, many bb tried this diet before and all the feedbacks were positive. It is not an easy diet but , but people who followed rigurously the program looked terific in comp.
