i'm 37 just started competing i know guys in there 50's and kids just out of high school i dont know if there is an average age. as for as money i dont personally know anyone who has gotten rich off bodybuilding i'm sure some people have i just have never personally seen it.

no u get like 10,000 if u win the olympia,but then u get endorsements + sponsors n crap , i dunno, i better leave it to the pros on the board because theres a couple of them

1st at the O I believe is 100,000. Not much for all the risks and such. But it is the guest appearances, contracts, endorsements that get you the money. Shit the prize money just covers the grocery bills and the supps.
