I'll be finishing my PCT in a week after a 12 week AAS cycle. Made good gains & lost alot of bf% (from 18.5% to 13%). I'm gonna start using HumanoGrowth (Labrada's version) at the recommended 4 caps/day (I'm gonna keep using it as long as I can afford it) I'd like to add an additional 1 or 2 products to help me maintain/gain strength/size for 6-8 wks before starting my winter bulker. Anyone have any recommendations on which supp(s) I should add that would compliment the humanofort? Any input will be greatly appreciated.
p.s-I'm 40 yrs old. I work 4x12.5hr night shifts per wk at an ICU, so I have a lot of stress. Current weight is 190lbs @12.3bf% (done with digital calipers) I lift weights 3x/wk, cardio 20-30min 2-3x/wk.

Multi Vit/Min daily
Vit C-3 or 4gm daily
B-Complex-2 daily
Niacin SR 500mg daily

Milk Thistle- 2 caps daily
Kre-Alkalin- 3 or 4 caps daily
Aspirin 325mg daily
Cod liver oil- 2 caps daily
T3- 25mcg daily
GH- 4iu before bed -5 days/wk
Caffeine- 200 or 400mg pre-workout
