Congratulations to my client Monica who took home 1st place in the 45 years old and up Figure class at her contest this weekend.

Monica came to me at just 5 weeks out of the contest, after having plateaued in progress for a handful of weeks. I was able to get her back on track and the fat melted off quickly, enough to take home top honors.

She's the gal raising her hand in the photo, and is 51 years old.

Just a bad diet setup, really. Too many calories when she didn't need them, not enough when she did, no cycling of calories at all.

Yes, I'm working with her son now too. He's 22 years old.

That is amazing. she was the first person i looked at and i thought she was atleast in her 30s. i am really at a lost for words. excellent job shelby and monica
