Congratulations Puritan!

I wanted to take a minute to congratulate my client JC (that posts on this board as Puritan) on his 2nd place finish this past weekend at the Portuguese Nationals (welterweight class).
JC is one of the most diligent, hard-working clients I've ever worked with, which is pretty clear when you see the level of conditioning he displays.
This was our first year working together, and with a bit more fullness up top I think we're definitely going to be taking home 1st next year.
JC is the guy in the black trunks below, with the shaved head (number 8).

I was in the show and if you see him live its a lot better!

I can say that, Puritan don't win the show because of two things:

- Abdominal not prominent (that i like how puritan looks, but nowadays is usual to see more prominent)
- and the arms.

Puritan had a very good legs, i can say one of the best on this show. And a very good shoulders, that gave the impression that the arms are a little small.

It will be good to see that Puritan had a very good lat spread, his waist is very very small.

My conclusion is Puritan was very good, and more shredded than the first, but the first place was with a little more thickness, and a bigger arms.

Puritan will give cards in a near future

You made one hell of a preparation for these two shows and followed Shelby's instructions to the letter!

Congrats on everything you already achieved in your life including being engaged! and for being such a great guy and very humble and having such a nice family and girlfriend!
