Here are some pics from right after prejudging. I would have liked my glutes and hams to have dried out a bit more, but i'm pleased with the physique I presented today. The judges awarded me 3rd out of about 10-12 guys. Constructive criticism is welcome.

Bro, if you have another 4 weeks (good luck by the way) you could bring a totally different package to the stage.

Continue to tighten up those glutes and hams, while trying for deeper seperation in the quads. That would complete your physique and put you in the winnners circle!

Gotta agree with mainevent, cuz youre gonna have your work cut out for ya doin that show thats gonna be a whole new level of competition my man.

Thanks for the input Mainevent and hardcoremuscle. I know I've got my work cut out for me. This was only my second show, so I'm still learning a lot. Chicago will be yet another learning experience. Practice makes perfect.

So is this the jr. nationals your talking about? If so, good luck....thats awesome.

Yes Jr. Nationals. I'll be my best, that's all I can do. For my height I need to be a class or two heavier, but that will come with time. Right now I'm working on learning and getting as much experience as possible. After the Jrs I will take a year off to add size.
