Contest Prep Help

First off i dont post here much at all, but am always on, lurking, picking up new info from you guys on here. I have alotta of respect for the MODS/Vets here, it has to be THE most informative bb'ing board on the net IMHO...

Anyways, enough ass kissing.....i know of a few of the guys on here who are for hire for contest prep help, but i was wondering who exactly is taking clients now? I would love to discuss this here, through PM or email as i am getting closer to starting my dieting.

First you have to make yourself stop training at the Y. That's most important, I hate that place! We need a new gym for sure.
Contact Skip, he's a great guy and will be with you all the way up to and through the show. I also believe he runs his services on a yearly basis's, don't quote me on that as I can't remember. But he's back in MI. so it would be easy to meet up with him for some honest feed back.
Not sure if he's taking on new clients though.

As for the prep me and, the big man, Phil are chatting right now. Youll have to make it to at least one of the shows this year ya slacker!

Ive been talking with Phil about it and, from what hes said, seems to be exactly what im looking for. As im sure Armagedon can tell you my conditioning sucks and year after year it shows onstage and in my placings. While Phil's guidance and expertise i think... i know ill do MUCH better.
