I am 40 year old BD. I am not a professional. I am going to be in a show on 6/14. I need some help on the whole carb down then carb up deal.

I am already very lean. I don't know my body fat % but I can tell you its very very low. I am vascular from head to toe. I have natural vascularity. And I am one of those guys who loses weight while I eat a pizza.

My diet is pretty standard. Protein, protein Protein! My only carbs are yams, asparagus, and brown rice. My protein drinks are virtually no carbs.

I am on 750mg test enan, and 700mg tren ace per week.

I am also taking albuterol 8mcg 3x daily

I have plenty of test prop i'm not using yet.

I have an otc diuretic. menstural stuff.

I use exemstane daily and I'm starting to use nolva eod to keep away puffyness.


I need advice on carbs and water depletion before the show.

I'm not asking to be critiqued. I'm asking on how or when to carb back up before the show.
I have some pics from 5 weeks ago but the files are too big to upload.

alot of this is going to be person specific as everybody reacts to the final carb deplete/carb load differently. Based on the information you've provided I'd suggest NOT depleting and keeping everything on track. If your running 750 mg of test e and staying that lean, you dont have much to worry about. But def do not want to deplete and not fill back out in time. My advice is to keep the carbs moderate(your bodyweight in carbs)and then Thurs bring them up to twice your bodyweight, and then see how you look. If you've filled out decent then stay at that on Fri, if you feel you could look better then up them another couple hundred grams. I myself have had bad luck with junking up Sat morning. Even if its 5 or 6 am its not soon enough for me.
