Could my friend with heart problems use Anavar?

I have a friend and he said that he wants to run an oxandrolone cycle as it is a better researched drug. However, his family has a history of heart problems and his father and brother both died of heart attacks. I seem to remember that the one with heart problems couldn't use the Anavar, but I don't know the reason. also don't know how to persuade him to quit Anavar. Could someone help me? Your kindly reply will be highly appreciated.
