"Crashed"

Good day. I purchased a product from a sponsor, a highly dosed product. I noticed after accidentally injecting some air into the vial, white specs began to form and after shaking, it's cloudy. Even upon drawing up the product, these same white specs began to form in a bibble like shape. No other discoloration noted. Upon opening, the product was "clear" with no notable concerns. I've used the product many times in the past. The vial still remains cloudy. After about 5-mins, the 'bubbles' in the syringe began to clear and what bubbles remained, congregated to the top of the syringe. Any ideas?

I've read the other posts and this seems consistent. I will try the other recommendations. Please delete as you see fit, mods. I haven't posted in quite some time and I like the feature of showing other relevant posts below this one. No sense of being needlessly redundant.

CONTACT THE SPONSOR AND NICELY TELL HIM WHAT YOU ARE SEEING.

If stuff crashes, heat it in a gently hot water bath, no direct contact with heat.

If that doesn't work, buy another batch.

Or contact the sponsor.

Crashed gear ain't THAT hard to fix. Especially high dosed stuff. Worst case scenario cut it with an identical carrier oil and refuter, or cut with filtered oil.

Coffee pot or low heat stove top. Shake intermittently until it's dissolved

From a university trained biochemist's experience, Virtuous is essentially correct re: "If stuff crashes, heat it in a gently hot water bath, no direct contact with heat."

If your gear is cloudy, moisture got in the vial. More than likely from when made.
