If your muscles are supersaturated with carbs from the carb load, every 1g of carbs takes with it 2.7g water. Now only thing ur lookin for from the creatine is extra water in the muscle right? Thats what creatine is known to do, superhydrate the muscle. If your overloaded on carbs properly, your also overloaded on water pulled into the muscle which is what you want, what more can creatine possibly do for you if you get that right?
I seriously doubt that if you get your carb load, water control, and sodium control right, that the creatine will help you pack in any EXTRA water in your muscles considering its already superhydrated past the point it normally supports.

I just curious what others have done? But you are right in the fact why add more variables, dont fix what is not broken huh? thanx bud

On a side note...I started taking 5g every day of the new CEE from BAC and am about to puke trying to get it down. I've been mixing it into a 32 oz. bottle of grape Gatorade and drinking it during my workouts but the stuff is so sour...like powdered Vit C meets battery acid.
Anybody got a good recipie/trick in getting this stuff down the hatch?
